Pricing questions
Up to 5 unused hours roll into the next month on every plan, so a quiet week never means wasted money. Anything beyond that simply resets.
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rated charge; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual plans can switch once per quarter.
Annual plans cost 10 months for 12 — two months free. You can still cancel mid-year; remaining full months are refunded.
My time is covered by your plan. Third-party costs — tickets, hotels, purchases — are always approved by you first and billed at cost with receipts.
